This is our second time staying at this property in Nashville and we loved it. The rooms were very tidy, the property well taken care of. The staff was all around amazing. JWP had great food and drinks. We really liked the wrist bands, great job!!! We can’t wait to stay at this property in the summer months to enjoy the rooftop pool. We generally have picked this time of the year cause it seems to be the cheapest.

I am a Wyndham vacation club owner and this was my first stay at a Margaritaville property. The location is absolutely the best as it's just two (long) city blocks from Broadway. It's so convenient to the Convention Center, Bridgestone Arena, Omni Hotel, Coutnry Music Hall of Fame Museum. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and had quality linens on them. The room was well-appointed with everything you need in a kitchenette. 3 elevators need a key tag to operate, giving an extra level of security. The Fins restaurant and bar offered a great selection of fun and healthy food. The bigger restaurant on the 1st fl was also very good. I felt we couldn't have stayed at a more perfect location for what we were in Nashville for. I can't wait to return!

This hotel is beautiful! It’s super clean, smells amazing and has a variety of bars and restaurants on site. We went to happy hour one night at Fins and enjoyed the seasonal cocktail Harvest Moon, if you like fireball and apple cider, it’s a must try! Also, the pretzel is huge and would easily serve 2. The outdoor seating at JWB is comfy and they have heaters which was a plus. The hotel is 2 blocks from Bridgestone Arena and 3 blocks from Broadway so it’s in a great location and walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here for our next visit to Nashville.

The property was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. The hotel and rooms were clean. The service and food was not up to par. The prices at the bar were too high. Our room did not get serviced even though I personally spoke to someone about needing towels and toilet paper. The location should consider a shuttle.

Wonderful experience. Rooms are new and clean. The hotel is in walking distance to Broadway but not on top of it! Perfect for a romantic getaway! Staff in the lobby are very welcoming. Make sure you visit Shelby at Fins on the fourth floor - great bar tender - fun and friendly!!

The room was nice enough. Main problem was that for whatever reason, the shower didn’t have a sliding door to be able to close it so water kind of got all over the place. My issue is that I had accidentally forgot 4 vinyl records that I had bought from a local record store in the room. Called them and they told me to use the website they use for forgotten items. Did that. 3-4 days passed and I hadn’t heard anything so I called the front desk. They told me nothing had been reported as lost in the room. Therefore, that leads me to believe that the staff stole them. We’re talking 4 vinyl records in a pretty big bag. I’ll never be back nor would I suggest anyone go.

Do not stay here if you are okay with homeless people in your hotel. There were numerous times where we would meet up in the morning with our group and there was homeless people right in the hotel lobby sitting and laying on the furniture in their dirty clothes. The only time an employee said anything is when they came in through the valet door entrance. There was a big business group that came towards the end of our trip, but somehow the hotel was able to manage the homeless and had security monitoring them. Funny how they put effort in for big business groups, but not their regular customers (we had a party of eight) and stayed for seven days. If a hotel offers room service, the room service should be done while the guests are out and about. There were multiple times were we would leave the hotel and come back and the room wasn’t cleaned. I’m talking we would be gone for hours at a time. Room service would always come late 3,4,5 o’clock at night, which is when we returned to the hotel, so when they would come by we would have to ask for more towels, soap, etc. The one time the one woman walked right in on us! Our room went four days without service because of this consistent problem of not getting it cleaned at a reasonable time, which we are paying for! As for the heated pool, it’s not. We were excited to go in the pool and relax, but that got cut short because it was freezing. Finally, we were going back to our rooms after a day out. There was a couple in the elevator with us that had just gotten to the hotel, but had to go back to the front check in because they gave the couple an occupied room. The couple in the elevator with us walked in on people in their own room. Not a good look Margaritaville. Highly disappointed.

My husband and I came here for the first time to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We loved the location. However, it was extremely disappointing to find out that they don’t provide free parking. It was either you valet in “secured” parking for $62 a night or you park in any other non secured parking for $40 a night!! What would you do? So $62 a night plus tip if you leave which is what we did Saturday so we could go to other places instead of just going downtown which was crazy. When I complained about the parking they offered for me to attend a meeting and they would comp a day of parking. When you are on a short weekend and you’re celebrating your anniversary the last thing you wanna do is to attend a meeting. I don’t need to hear anymore about Margaritaville. I hear enough about it as it is. Needless to say, I was a very unhappy customer, but what are you gonna do. When they called to confirm our reservation and that we were still coming I told them yes we were that we were coming there to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary and we will for sure be there. They said how wonderful how sweet that is and that they were going to do something very special for us in our room. Needless to say nothing was done for us at all. That was special. That was a little disappointing, but whatever. Margaritaville in Nashville, Tennessee is not all that. The rooms are small your bathroom shower does not have a full closed door. It’s a half a glass water gets all over the floor and it’s cold in there when you’re trying to take a hot shower in the middle of December when you turn on the water faucet water splashes all over your outfit. The food Is good but pricey. Being that this was our first time to ever stay at a Margaritaville being that we are VIP club Wyndham owners I can just say I was highly disappointed and we will never stay there again. The next time we go we will stay at a Whyndham resort or a whyndham hotel. It’s over rated and not all that. We’ve stayed at nicer places and never had to pay for parking. Very disappointed.
