Absolutely horrible. Do not use. Built a brand new, state of the art dental office and these morons did my heating and air. had not even been two years since we have been in the building and literally have had them here more than a dozen times. Leaking units in the ceiling at least 10 times. Had them down here 6 weeks ago for a unit that was not working. Guy apparently "fixed" it. Came in on a Monday and was not running...again. The guy that owns this business came down and had the nerve to tell me he didn't know what was happening. Told my front office he added some freon said "it was a little low" - translation- there is a leak you idiot- on a unit that is not eve n two years old. Then he leaves with out giving me an update or an explanation. Have tried calling them numerous times and will not answer. ( lawyer time). Had to call a dependable, local company to have a look. Young kid walked in and instantly said "i saw where your unit is frozen" -translation again = leak that the moron in Columbia doesn't want to be on the hook for with a warranty.
Do not use this idiot. There will be consequences.
