This was our favorite place to stay on this entire trip. Absolutely beautiful room. We asked for a room facing the mountain’s and on the top floor. Fabulous. The room was spotless, quiet and stunning. If I had to list one negative, it would be the sliding doors to the toilet room and the bathroom. The doors are the exact same size as the doorway so it leaves a gap to see right in to the toilet. The parking is valet ONLY. All staff were attentive and gracious.

I’ve stayed at this hotel, many times and it’s amazing! The rooms are beautiful, the food at the restaurant is good and the customer service is some of the best I’ve ever encountered. As a Marriott ambassador, I want to do a special shout out to Jamie at the front desk of the Le Meridian Arcadia. Jamie has helped me check in many times over the last year, and is always incredibly helpful, positive, and even recalls my preferences. She recalled my daughter staying with me on my last visit to the hotel, down to the detail of us wearing matching sweatshirts. She has someone that truly goes above and beyond to get to know and to make sure your experience is a positive one. She truly exemplifies, exceptional customer service

It is a beautiful hotel. I have Never stayed here before. The staff representative at the front desk was very nice. We were tired from our drive and it was a little early to check but she accommodated us. I love coming to a place where i haven’t stayed and get treated very well.

The rooms were pretty standard size but it was nice. Very clean, modern, and it smells good. We had the view of the park across the street which was ok. It was that or the courtyard.

I was with two teenagers and they loved the pool. The hotel also has a very lovely restaurant, bar, and cafe. The restaurant is a bit pricey but it is LA. But the staff there are very nice as well.

My family and I had a lovely experience here. The hotel maybe pricey for some people but I think it depends on the time and season. But, I’d come back here again.

FYI: this spot is a short drive to Universal Studios and Disneyland

Loved our stay for the show jumping event at Santa Anita Racetrack. Rooms are beautiful and it's an easy walk to the track. The staff is also amazing and went above and beyond to help me get some packages that were delivered after I left. The only drawback is the mandatory valet parking but would 100% stay here again and overall we were very happy!

Love love love. I actually permanently reside around the hotel and just wanted to try out the hotel. Stayed for 2 nights and the experience was phenomenal. Valet was kind and attentive. Scan the QR code on the ticket they give you and they bring the car out so you don’t have to wait. Rooms are actually pretty big for the price. Gym was super clean and came with chilled towel and all the necessary equipment for an effective workout. Plus, the gym is open 24hrs (AMAZING). The in room amenities were also outstanding. I didn’t expect them to have toothbrushes, slippers, shower caps, etc since they are a 4 star hotel. But to my surprise, they were stocked up on all of those things. They only provide one bottle of water for free. However, there is a water machine that dispenses delicious and crisp water at the gym for free. So bring a water bottle and don’t pay for the $6 waters.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at at that price point. I even dare to say it’s comparable to Waldorf Astoria or JW Marriott.

Amazing experience at this great hotel. Di Li was very helpful and kind as soon as he received us and throughout our stay. He even obliged my request of a room that overlooked the race track, which went above and beyond my expectation. The hotel was super clean, lobby was gorgeous, and grounds were very well kept. The only complaint I have is that there was no free self parking, so valet is 29$ a day. Overall, it was very nice.

A huge thank you to Mike from the valet team. After I unknowingly drove 20 minutes away from the hotel without my car key, Mike went above and beyond. Even after I told him to stop searching, he thoroughly checked the street multiple times and ultimately found the key lying in the middle of the road. He then personally delivered it to my location. Truly outstanding service.

Wonderful bar& stuff, restaurants is ok. We stayed for a week, accidentally left the brand new face wash in shower. Just purchased in Japan last week. Turns out the cleaning team cannot find it. Ok a bit disappointed. Other than that great stay.
