La camera era un pò vecchiotta ma spaziosa.||Comodo per l'aereoporto di Santa Ana perchè è veramente vicino.||Unica nota dolente è che per parcheggiare ti devi avvalere obbligatoriamente dei valletti. Per un albergo di questo tipo mi sembra un pò eccessivo.

有提供SNA機場的接送（免費幫忙叫車，但從機場過去會需要電話號碼確認訂車）
唯一小事件：是出發有跟飯店確認可以寄放行李（我們前後都有訂房共四晚，中間離開三晚），但是一早要趕去機場前櫃檯說他們不提供行李寄放！還好再確認之後，有幫忙～
十分感謝這次飯店讓我們有一個舒服的假期～

The hotel itself was nice but felt like it lacked a bit of comfort. Room was clean and it was nice that there were plenty of plugs by the bed for phone, watch, etc. Staff was sweet but we waited in an empty lobby for some time to be served. Outside of the buffet we had no idea where any amenities were and signage was poor. Room service was very nice on the phone but when the food came it was like someone entirely different took the order. We spent over $100 on one appetizer and two salads and the salad was nothing like the menu ingredients. I have food allergies so I did not trust eating it. The steak on the salad was also raw. I like rare steak but this was not that. It was improperly cooked. The kitchen closed shortly after we ordered so we couldn't contact for changes, unfortunately. The pond out front was the best because there were ducks and turtles that wanted to play with us, hah. Parking was like $24 a night, which we didn't know about until we arrived. Again, the room was nice and had what we needed but this wasn't a hotel I would want to just hang out at.

Hotel itself is fine. Bed is comfortable. |However, we had to wait 45 minutes to check in. No one available to help. This morning I came down to work at 5:30. Most hotels have seating areas to work in and serve coffee 24/7. Not here. The only place to sit with a computer is the incredibly hot 2 person business center. I am welcome to go get coffee at a nearby coffee shop and bring it in but they don’t offer coffee. It may sound small - but for those us of who have to work when traveling, that is disappointing. I had to stay here as it was part of an event but I would much rather stay at a Tru or a Hampton Inn as they have nice lobby areas to work in outside of the room.

Pros: stylish rooms, comfortable beds, heated pool, location close to highways, pretty lake w pathway to walk, staff a little stiff but still willing to help fulfill requests, no homeless around or near the hotel, only about 20-30 minutes to Huntington Beach.

Cons: no complimentary breakfast, no room microwave, pool temperature fluctuates day-to-day (some days as hot as hot tub, other days mildly warm), exorbitant booking price on weekends, must pay $27 per night for parking.

Disgusting, Unacceptable, and Terrible Customer Service!

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Santa Ana Airport was beyond horrible. There was no running water in the entire hotel for a whole day. Water wasnt back on until after midnight. Bathrooms were unusable and unflushable, leading to awful smells throughout the building. I had to leave the hotel to use a bathroom elsewhere. This level of unsanitary conditions is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand.

On top of that, there was no compensation at all. No points, no discounts, no follow-up email from management—nothing. I left multiple notes at the front desk, and they promised I’d be compensated, but of course, nothing happened. I tried chatting with them to resolve the issue but received no reply. I also called many times today, and nobody even answered the phone.

To add insult to injury, this morning at checkout, I asked for a copy of my receipt, and the gentleman at the front desk was visibly annoyed. He told me he had just come in, only worked one day a week, and that he couldn’t give me a receipt because system was down. When I asked about compensation, he just took my room number and said, “The manager will take care of it. I can't do nothing for you.”

This place is a complete disaster. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel unless you want to deal with the worst customer service there is.

Stayed at the Hilton Orange County airport Doubletree in July for a softball tournament. I just want to recognize Michael who worked the front desk for the majority of the week while I was there and was superb. He made us feel like at home when we checked in, would have a nice conversation during the week and, was very very friendly. The hotel was nice and clean and updated and had a fresh vibe. Also, Adam, the manager was also very helpful. Recommend this hotel.

Expected this place to be worse because of the low reviews. My stay here was actually quite pleasant. The hotel is in a pretty good location, close to the freeway and within walking distance to a Starbucks and nearby corner store. The down sides to this place is the parking, which is pretty expensive and the rooms are a little outdated. Not a bad hotel option for family looking to explore OC and head to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.
