Amazing stay at this hotel. The restaurant on site has delicious food. Started seeing a large amount of unexpected people checking in due to evacuation of the current fires and the staff were handling it very professionally. The gym is great and just enough machines to get in a good work out. Close to the freeway, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Hotel with Outstanding Service

We recently stayed at the Marriott after coming from a less-than-pleasant experience at Planet Hollywood in Vegas, and the difference was like night and day. The service at the Marriott is exceptional—staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to assist with every additional request we had.

We were traveling with a disabled person, and this hotel proved to be a much better fit for accessibility and overall comfort. The facilities are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

This place truly deserves a 4.5-star rating. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The price was fair except for breakfast was not included($22/person) and no complimentary coffee in the lobby. The free coffee in the room was terrible. Pets are one time $150 charge whether you stay one night or five. The room was clean. The beds were hard and not queen sized. A full sized bed is too small for two adults. Pet friendly rooms were on the first floor so there was no privacy with the curtains open. The room was dark and also humid. The sliding door to the bathroom was too heavy for me to open and close. It did not slide easily and I had to ask my husband to manage it for me. When the sliding bathroom door was closed, it provided no privacy due to the see thru glass window and the huge open gap when closed. This door also did not keep the odors from permeating throughout the room.

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this Marriott location. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a very comfortable room with a king size bed and a hot water shower. This is a prime location close to the freeway, a Target, and many food and coffee spots.

On our checkout day, we had a few hours to kill before our flight back home. The front desk was able to hold our luggages so we could have some lunch and venture a bit without leaving our bags in the car.

Excellent service and wonderful staff, I would love to stay here again for future trips!

My husband and I have stayed at this location multiple times and each time has been amazing but in particular the last two times have been stellar and I wanted to share! Senga at the front desk is absolutely incredible! She is always pleasant and has taken the time to get to know my husband when he checks in and looks out for him/us with ensuring that we can check in with ease. Also every day as leave, we always get such a pleasant greeting from her and this goes a long way. Thank you Senga for making our stay the best! We will be back very soon!

While I agree with some of the comments on this board; nasa toilet, slip and slide shower, and whatever you do…do not eat the jasmine rice dish offered in the restaurant (the chicken they added was beyond old…I have never seen anything like it) and the breakfast potatoes…just don’t …inedible||Despite the issues above….We had a really great experience here, we were here for college auditions at CSUF (Drewnifieds) so the location is super convenient and there are plenty of alternatives to eating in the restaurant either walking distance or short drive. The best part about the stay was the customer service we received from Kevin and Amanda at the front desk. I was with a group of stressed out kids and Kevin patiently found a spot where they could practice their dance combo, this was a game changer and really helped with their confidence in the routine. Kevin also alerted them (with respect) when they stayed at the pool too long and noticing there were no towels, orders more and waited with them until the towels arrived. So thanks so much. We realty appreciated the extra support…it helped us moms as well.

Front office bad attitude, asked for manager went to a voice mail that was full. COMPLETE RIP OFF THE CHARGE FOR PARKING. I am a Titanium Elite and this nickel and dime stuff by Marriott is unacceptable. Fullerton location rude people and unfriendly towards guests. Where's the service we are paying for!!!!!
